Nate Bergquist (Sound Design) earned his bachelor’s degree at SDSU and has designed and mixed audio for musicals at Southwestern College, Centers of Learning by the Sea, and the La Jolla Playhouse. As a recording engineer, he contributed to studio albums for Fergie, The Black Eyed Peas, and The Ventures. He currently freelances as an audio engineer for various broadcast television stations, and is an Emmy® judge for the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. Nate just did an outstanding job on sound for The Wizard of Oz at Coronado Playhouses; he spends his free time writing music for his band, The Lawrences of Arabia.
