Most of us remember Sleeping Beauty as the tale of a scary uninvited guest, a spinning wheel, and a wake-up kiss. This True Tale has all that…plus some outrageous “twists” including the dancing kind from 1965. Trust me – you’ll have a great time!
My whole family was involved performing in The True Tale of Sleeping Beauty when it premiered in 2002 at the La Mirada Performing Arts Theatre. I’ve since directed this especially entertaining show in the North County area; and am truly excited about our energetic and talented cast here in Coronado. These students are from all over San Diego County and bring with them a wide variety of experience and enthusiasm.

So sit back and reminisce. Maybe you don’t remember 1465, but if you’re like me – 1965 will come back with all it “tie-dyed” brilliance.
