T Herman (Miss Almira Gultch/Wicked Witch of the West) was born in the East. She began performing in high school and at the York Little Theater, and trained at The Theater School, Inc. in Philadelphia. Her reign of the West began as an historical tour guide. She turned this knowledge into six self-written one-woman historical shows performed throughout San Diego County. At a crossroads in her career she joined Fern Street Circus, learning wire walking, stilt walking, and face painting. Her latest endeavors include living statue performance. The Wicked Witch of the West, the role of a lifetime, is her first at the Coronado Playhouse.
