| Michael Gerstner (Anthony Marston) Michael is absolutely delighted to be making his debut with Coronado Playhouse. A native of a small suburb north of Chicago, Skokie, IL, where he grew up and began his theater career, Michael starred in several local community theater productions including The Crucible (Ezekiel Cheever), Marvin’s Room (Dr. Wally), Royal Hunt for the Sun (Village Chieftain), The Wizard of Oz (Munchkin Coroner), Jesus Christ Superstar, and Hello Dolly! He is a recent graduate of Georgia Tech in Atlanta. Michael was featured in numerous productions while attending the Institute, most notably Pippin (Pippin), Guys and Dolls (Arvide Abernathy), Much Ado About Nothing (Verges). He is also proud to be currently preparing to play the role of Motel the Tailor in Looking Glass Theatre’s production of Fiddler on the Roof, which opens this Memorial Day weekend. Michael would not have gotten to where he is today without the love and support of his wonderful family, his Mother Lillian, Father Alan, and Sister Lisa. |
