Brian P. Evans (El Gallo) has returned to the Coronado Playhouse after appearing in last year’s The Wizard of Oz as the Wizard (and stepping in for the Cowardly Lion on occasion).Before that, he had his hand in Music Direction for the La Jolla Stage Company’s production of Seussical. Brian has been seen around San Diego in Chess, The Compleat Works of Wllm Shkspr (abridged), You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown, Cinderella (for which he won an Aubrey for Best Supporting Actor), The Mystery of Irma Vep (for which he won a Billie for Best Actor), The Rocky Horror Show, and Noises Off! Brian has an MFA in Musical Theatre from SDSU and interned at the Royal National Theatre in London.
