Victoria Mature (Elvira) Victoria Mature is proud to be making her second appearance with the Coronado Playhouse in this ambitious production of Noel Coward’s Blithe Spirit. Locally, she has won the Metropolitan Opera Auditions, the La Jolla Symphony’s Young Artist Competition, and was a member of the San Diego Opera Chorus. A native of San Diego, Victoria holds a B.A. in Music and Vocal Performance from UCSD. In Italy, she has had the opportunity to perform in conjunction with Arena di Verona and Teatro la Fenice and to sing in a myriad of classical and music theatre concerts held throughout Northern Italy. Victoria’s recent and upcoming performances include: Rosalind in an independent feature film version of As You Like It, Beatrice in the San Diego Shakespeare Society’s staged reading of Much Ado About Nothing, and concerts in Northern Italy, Vienna, San Francisco, and San Diego. Victoria would like to express her deep gratitude to her mother for her patient assistance in learning lines and to the wonderful and multi-talented cast and crew of Blithe Spirit for making the whole process such a rewarding experience.
