Stephen’s previous credits include Jay in Lost in Yonkers, Jerry/Daphne in Some Like it Hot, Seymour and Orin, the Dentist in separate productions of Little Shop of Horrors, Young Siward/Fleance in Macbeth, and Young Ebenezer in A Christmas Carol. Donal then moved away from Aotearoa and studied acting at the Sylvia Plath Theatrical College in Vaduz, Liechtenstein. He also spent time studying culinary arts at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. As for theatre, it’s been a few years since Donal was last seen as the amiable dolt on the Coronado Playhouse stage in Norman Conquests. He has also worked with Lamb’s Players, CCT, Octad-One, Lamplighters, and the OnStage Playhouse. When his financial situations allow, Donal enjoys traveling, expanding his polyglot exploits, continuing the study of the culinary arts, as well as telling tall tales.

This past year he received an Aubrey nomination for best lead actor in a Comedy for his performance in Neil Simon’s Lost in Yonkers. He has been in more than a dozen children’s theatre productions, and has appeared three times on San Diego community theatre stages, twice at OnStage Playhouse (Our Town and Dark at the Top of the Stairs) and this summer in Christian Community Theatre’s highly successful Footloose. Before graduating from Bonita Vista High School this past June, Jimmy was a member of the school’s award-winning Music Machine show choir for three years.
