Eva Kvaas (Queen Gertrude) Eva is excited to be performing her fifth show at the Coronado Playhouse. Previously she played Lady Capulet in Romeo and Juliet, Susie Hendrix in Wait Until Dark, Mrs. Potts in Picnic and Mrs. Boyle in Mousetrap. Other recent roles include Miss Daisy Werthan in Driving Miss Daisy (Passion Players Dinner Theatre) and Louise in Post Mortem (Lamplighters Theatre). Ms. Kvaas has produced seven musicals for her after school drama program, Theatre Kids Workshop, including Wizard of Oz, Cinderella and Oliver! Eva has a B.A. in Theatre and Drama from Indiana University and teaches drama at the La Mesa Community Center.
