How to get free tickets: Send request with stamped, self-addressed envelope by mail to our postal address (see page footer) and include number of tickets, day, date, and contact info (email, phone, address), and 2 other possible dates if preferred date is not available. Playhouse members and season ticket holders get preferred seating. We encourage you to join the Playhouse. All those with tickets are on a first come, first seated basis when the house opens half an hour before the show opens. Arrive early!!
The Free Shakespeare is an endangered program as funding has been cut. We urgently need donations and recommend a minimum $5 donation per ticket at the door or by mail. If you give your donation via check or ask for a receipt for cash, the donation is tax-deductible as CPH is a 501c3 non-profit organization.
The Coronado Playhouse is located at the north end of the City of Coronado Community Center 1835 Strand Way in Coronado. This is just south of the Hotel del Coronado.
